tessoku.com is run by Tessoku, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Tessoku”, “we”). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

These terms cover your use of tessoku.com. They do not cover an evaluation or any other agreement with Tessoku, which has its own written terms.
What is on the site
The site describes what Tessoku is building. Graphics are illustrations, not measured data. Nothing on the site is an offer, advice, or a promise of any result.
Using the site
Use the site lawfully. Do not try to break it, overload it, or get at data that is not yours.
Our words and marks
The text, graphics and the Tessoku name and marks belong to Tessoku. The typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License. The photograph on the home page is in the public domain (CC0), credited beside it.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is and as available. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but to the extent the law allows, we make no warranty of either.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Tessoku is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profit or business, that comes from using the site.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its rules on conflicts of law. Any dispute about them belongs to the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and Tessoku agree to their jurisdiction.
